Welcome to the Palate Restaurant and Cafe. One of Fredericton's best places for casual fine dining. Our food is prepared fresh in an open kitchen atmosphere, where fine dining meets a casual relaxed atmosphere and experience.
Who We Are
Opened in 2001, The Palate is a locally owned restaurant located in the heart of Fredericton's historic Garrison district. The food and beverage offerings are intended to be approachable and affordable with great emphasis on ingredients sourced from local farmers, fisherman and foragers. As well we serve up a rotating variety of locally produced craft beers and ciders.

Monday - Friday: 11AM–3PM / 5PM–9PM
Saturday: 10AM–3PM / 5PM–9PM
