Two poached eggs smothered with homemade hollandaise

Ham and egg sandwich - $10
black forest ham, sunny side up fried egg, avocado, field greens,
tomato, sprouts, cilantro, aioli

French Toast  - $10
Two pieces of thick country bread flavoured with cinnamon & drizzled with
Canadian Maple syrup.

The Alpine - $10
Golden brown Rösti potato, topped with bacon, swiss cheese. Topped with two sunny
side up or scrambled eggs.

 

Most breakfasts include fresh morning fruit, sweet potato hash and country
toast (ask your server)
